Israeli settlers attacked Palestinian vehicles northeast of Ramallah, Wafa news site reported.
Meanwhile, a group of settlers set fire to a nursery in the village of Deir Sharaf, near Nablus.
The attacks come as Israeli leaders have vowed retaliation in the wake of a deadly shooting in Jerusalem that left six dead on Monday.
