At least 55 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli strikes on Gaza since dawn, including 37 in Gaza City, Al Jazeera reported.
Seven people, among them four children, were killed when warplanes hit a group of civilians near a UNRWA clinic in the Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza.
