Israel admits killing civilians, including children, in Lebanon

Israel’s military said on Sunday that its attack on southern Lebanon early in the day had killed civilians, claiming that the target was a Hezbollah member.

“As a result of the strike, several uninvolved civilians were killed,” said the military.

According to Lebanon’s health ministry, three children were among those killed in the attack in Bint Jbeil.
