Israel admits killing civilians, including children, in Lebanon

Israel’s military said on Sunday that its early-morning strike in Bint Jbeil in southern Lebanon had killed civilians.

“As a result of the strike, several uninvolved civilians were killed,” said the military, claiming it had targeted a Hezbollah member.

Lebanese media reported that the strike hit a car and a motorcycle, killing five people, including a father and his three children who were in the car.
