Global Sumud Flotilla on its way to join up with boats from Tunisia

The Globl Sumud Flotilla is on its way to Tunisia on Thursday. From there, it intends to connect with other flotillas across the Mediterranean to Gaza in order to try to break the Israeli blockade on the Strip.

Earlier this week, National Security minister Itamar Ben-Gvir said he is proposing to detain the flotilla activists "in terrorists' conditions."

"After several weeks these terror supporters spend in prison," he said, "they won't feel like organizing another flotilla".
