The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza said on Sunday that 119 people were killed and 866 injured in the past 24 hours as a result of Israeli attacks.
It said the overall death toll since 7 October 2023 had risen to 60,839, with 149,588 wounded.
“A number of victims remain under the rubble and on the roads, as ambulance and civil defence crews are unable to reach them,” the ministry said in a statement.
It said 65 people were killed and 511 injured in the past day while seeking or distributing aid, bringing the total to 1,487 dead and over 10,578 injured in such incidents.
